Centre clears bill to replace Delhi ordinance for control of bureaucrats

New Delhi/IBNS: The central cabinet Tuesday cleared a bill to replace the ordinance that allows the Centre to take away the Delhi government's control over the posting and transfers of officers and bureaucrats in the national capital, reports said.
