Elphinstone Railway station stampede : Toll rises to 23, MNS chief Raj Thackeray threatens to stall bullet train project

Mumbai, Sep 30 (IBNS) : The toll in Mumbai's Elphinstone railway station stampede rose to 23 after a person succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, while Maharashtra Navanirman Sena chief Raj Tahckeray threatened to stall the bullet train project unless the railway infrastructure was improved.
