New Delhi, Aug 15 (IBNS) Opposition Congress has hailed the words of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from the ramparts of Red Fort on the Independence Day but also sharpened their attack saying his good words are not followed by his colleagues and it remains to be seen how he delivers.
