New Delhi, Sept 15 (IBNS): The Congress party has sent a legal notice to former Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India Vinod Rai for his remarks against Former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in connection with the 2G spectrum allocation scam.
