West Bengal mulling over reopening of schools, colleges shut due to COVID-19

Kolkata/IBNS: West Bengal is mulling over the reopening of all educational institutions, which were shut due to COVID-19 second wave, after the vacation for Bengali festival Durga Puja ends, said Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee Thursday.
