Supreme Court raps Nitish Kumar government in shelter home cases

New Delhi, Nov 27 (IBNS): The Supreme Court has lashed out at the Bihar government for not filing First Information Reports (FIRs) on allegations of sodomy of children at shelter houses in the state, media reports said.
