Patna, Dec 25 (TheBIharPost/IBNS): Authorities in Bihar are working overtime to provide foolproof security to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, the Tibetan spiritual leader, who is scheduled to conduct Kalchakra puja, the most important Buddhist ritual in the state.
