Chennai/UNI: The Opposition DMK today urged the Tamil Nadu government to ensure a fair probe into the custodial deaths of the father-son duo--Jayaraj and Bennicks--allegedly due to police excesses at Sathankulam in Tuticorin district failing which it would move the Court demanding a CBI probe into it.
