New Delhi/IBNS: The Supreme Court will on Monday resume hearing on the pleas that challenge Rajasthan Assembly Speaker CP Joshi's constitutional validity in serving disqualification notices to 19 rebel MLAs of the ruling party Congress.

New Delhi/IBNS: The Rajasthan High Court on Friday asked Assembly Speaker CP Joshi to maintain status quo, an order which will not need 19 rebel Congress MLAs including Sachin Pilot to reply to the disqualification notices served to them, media reports said.

New Delhi/IBNS: Congress leader and advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi said the court has no jurisdiction in matters related to Speaker (Assembly Speaker) as the Rajasthan High Court on Monday resumed hearing on the pleas filed by Sachin Pilot and his loyalists against the disqualification notices served to them.
