Sonowal launches pilot project for Guwahati City Traffic Police

Guwahati, May 22 (IBNS): Launching a pilot project of the Guwahati Traffic Police (GTP) on Monday at a function held at Judges’ Field in the city, Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said that a smart police force is of paramount importance to cope with modern day law and order challenges and modernisation of Guwahati Traffic Police has been initiated through this pilot project.
