Kolkata/UNI: The Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday arrested former School Service Commission (SSC) advisor Shanti Prasad Sinha and former SSC chairman Ashok Saha in connection with the West Bengal teaching staff recruitment scam.
