New Delhi, Feb 8 (IBNS): The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved 'Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan' (PMGDISHA) to make 6 crore rural households digitally literate.
