New Delhi, Sept 4 (IBNS): The Indian government on Wednesday designated Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Masood Azhar, Lashkar-e-Taiba's Hafiz Saeed, his deputy Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi and underworld don Dawood Ibrahim as 'terrorists' under the new anti-terror law passed by the Indian Parliament recently.
