BJP will benefit in J&K elections if Congress-NC alliance fails: Ex-RAW chief Amarjit Singh Dulat

Srinagar/IBNS: Former Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) chief Amarjit Singh Dulat has suggested that the Congress-National Conference alliance will benefit from voters in Jammu but if it fails to remain intact, the Bharatiya Janata Party will secure a win and that J&K will have a Hindu chief minister for the first time in history.
