Attacks on Africans criminal acts, but not racial : Sushma Swaraj

New Delhi, Apr 5 (IBNS) : External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Wednesday told parliament that the recent attacks on African students in Greater Noida were "criminal acts", but rebuffed the accusation by African envoys, saying they can not be called "racial."

New Delhi, Mar 30 (IBNS) : External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj on Thursday assured the Rajya Sabha that an impartial investigation will take place and proper action will be taken against those who had attacked African students in Greater Noida on Monday last.

Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Mar 28 (IBNS) : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has assured that a "fair and impartial" investigation into a mob attack on several African students in Greater Noida will be conducted, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said on Tuesday morning.
