New Delhi/IBNS: At a time when the national capital is reeling under the second wave of Covid-19 and facing oxygen shortage at several hospitals, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of spending funds on advertising instead of setting up plants for the life-saving gas.
