New Delhi/UNI: The Delhi High Court on Monday rapped the Aam Aadmi Party-led Arvind Kejriwal government for recovering outstanding funds from the municipal corporations out of their Basic Tax Assignment (BTA) during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic.
