New Delhi, Sept 9 (IBNS): The Supreme Court on Tuesday rapped the Centre heavily on Arvind Kejriwal's 'horse-trading' allegation and gave them one month time to reply about the outcome of political consultation on Government formation in Delhi, media reported.
