China blocks move to designate Masood Azhar as global terrorist, India disappointed

New York/New Delhi, Mar 13 (IBNS) China on Wednesday again blocked a move to designate as global terrorist Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed chief and recent Pulwama attack mastermind Masood Azhar at the UN Security Council (UNSC) by placing the proposal on "technical hold", evoking strong disappointment by India which vowed to work to bring to book the perpetrators of terror attacks like in Kashmir's Pulwama killing 40 soldiers.
