India in tit-for-tat to China allows Uyghur leader to attend Tibetan Meet

New Delhi, Apr 22 (IBNS) While India and China held boundary talks meeting at the national security adviser level in Beijing, the two countries are apparently engaged in retaliatory actions at a different level as India has allowed World Uyghur Congress (WUC) leader Dolkun Isa, whom China considers a terrorist, to participate in a conference from April 28 to May 1 in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamsala, the seat of the Tibetan government-in-exile.
