Patna, Sept 16 (The Bihar Post/IBNS): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called on Nepal Prime Minister Pushp Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' at the Nepali embassy in the national capital Thursday evening and discussed the issue of flood.
