New Delhi, Nov 9 (IBNS): Former Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will lead the Defence Ministry while Suresh Prabhu bagged the Railways Ministry as Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday effected his first cabinet expansion since assuming power in May.
