Himachal tragedy: NHRC issues notice to state govt

New Delhi, June 11 (IBNS) Days after 24 students from Hyderabad were washed away by Beas river close to Himachal Pradesh's Mandi city, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Wednesday issued a notice to the state government over the issue.
