New Delhi, Mar 2 (IBNS) In a written reply in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, Minister of State for Culture and Tourism (Independent Charge) and Minister of State for Civil Aviation Dr. Mahesh Sharma said that the Qutub Minar in New Delhi is experiencing a mean rate of annual change in tilt of 3.5 seconds per year with respect to its base centre.
