New Delhi, Dec 29 (IBNS): India on Monday summoned Pakistani High Commissioner Abdul Basit to lodge its strong protest against reports that Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commander Zaki ur Rehman Lakhvi, who was granted bail by a court in Pakistan due to legal loopholes in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks case in which he is one of the masterminds, is walking free on Monday.
