New Delhi, Jan 6 (IBNS) The Delhi High Court on Wednesday questioned Delhi Government's newly imposed odd-even commuting rule, asking them if it can be stopped this week instead of the original fortnightly plan as it is already creating a trouble for commuters in the city.
