New Delhi, Feb 1 (IBNS): A team of West Bengal Pradesh Congress Committee (WBPCC) led by WBPCC president Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Monday met All India Congress Committee (AICC) vice president Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi to discuss on the party's strategy to compete in the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections.
