New Delhi, Sept 20 (IBNS): India and China continue with border stand-off as the Chinese army is still refusing to retreat from Chumar sector in Ladakh even 24 hours have passed after Chinese President Xi Jinping assured New Delhi that the troops have been ordered to move back, media reported.
