Escape of 33 juveniles: NHRC sends notice to the Government of Tamil Nadu

New Delhi, July 15 (IBNS) The National Human Rights Commission on Friday said it has taken suo motu cognizance of a media report about the escape of 33 boys, who fled the government run Observation Home for Boys and Girls at Kellys, near Purasawalkam area, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
