Chennai: Rescue operations gain momentum, PM announces ex-gratia for Tamil Nadu flood victims

Chennai, Dec 5 (IBNS) Rescue and relief operations gained momentum on Saturday while the Chennai airport runway became dry which will help in starting flight operations from Sunday as the south Indian city battled to recover from the massive rains which left several people dead since last month.
