Not approaching anyone, says Omar; Mehbooba plays safe

Srinagar, Dec 23 (IBNS) Outgoing Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, whose National Conference lost the polls by emerging third after the PDP and BJP, on Tuesday said he is not going to approach anyone to form a government though keeping the options open while his main opponent PDP said they are also in no hurry to cobble a government.

New Delhi, Dec 23 (IBNS) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah on Tuesday said all options are open for the party in Jammu and Kashmir where it has nearly won or led in 25 seats but trailed behind the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) which won or led in 30 seats in the 87-member assembly.
