Fergusson College retracts its complaint about anti-national slogans

Pune, Mar 23 (IBNS) A day after the Principal of Pune’s prestigious Fergusson College asked the police to investigate if any ‘anti-national’ slogans were raised at an event on Tuesday, the college retracted its complaint against its students, saying there was a “typing error”, reports said.

New Delhi, Mar 6 (IBNS): Following the massive row in the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), the Delhi Police are now considering a proposal to install CCTV cameras in the campus to keep under surveillance a section of students "who raise anti-national slogans," media reports said.
