Kolkata, Apr 25 (IBNS) Amidst news of sporadic violence, with Bijpur being a hotbed, the fourth phase of West Bengal Assembly Elections witnessed 42 percent voter turnout till 11 a.m. on Monday, where polling in two districts is underway.
