Patna, Sept 23 (IBNS) Criticising the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh for going "extra constitutional" on quota issues, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said it is " "dangerous" because the organisation is like "Supreme Court" to the BJP, the ruling party at the centre.
