Nawada, Bihar, Oct 8 (IBNS) In a tough balancing act of silencing his critics without openly condemning the Dadri lynching, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday used his development agenda to call upon Hindus and Muslims to fight poverty rather than fighting each other.
