Uttarakhand : Rawat wins trust vote, Centre to withdraw President's rule

New Delhi, May 11 (IBNS) The Congress is set to return to power in Uttarakhand as the Centre on Wednesday acknowledged before the Supreme Court that Harish Rawat had won Tuesday's trust vote and promised to withdraw the President's rule.
