RERA to safeguard Indian home buyers from unscrupulous developers

Kolkata, Oct 30 (IBNS): The Real Estate Regulation & Development Act, 2016 (RERA) is expected to bring more transparency and accountability in the real estate sector if properly implemented, believes home buyers, the Act will protect home-buyers from unscrupulous builders or be taken for a ride by even some of organized developers.
