Bengaluru, Dec 20 (IBNS): The populist measure like farm loan waivers to address the agrarian crisis has been adopted by the political parties to win big in the elections, but farmers continue to commit suicide in Indian states like Karnataka which is ruled by a combination of the Janata Dal-Secular and Congress.
