US Open: Andy Murray beaten by Kei Nishikori

New York, Sept 8 (IBNS): UK Tennis star Andy Murray was defeated by Japan's Kei Nishikori in the US Open quater-finals o reach the semi-finals of the tournament here.

In a match that stunned the Olympic medalist, Japanese Tennis sensation 1-6, 6-4, 4-6, 6-1, 7-5.

The five  set match lasted for three hours and 57 minutes.
