Under-19 World Cup: India demolish Bangladesh by 131 runs, enter semi final

Queenstown, Jan 26 (IBNS): India stormed into the semi final of the Under-19 World Cup by demolishing Bangladesh by 131 runs on Friday.

Chasing a target of 266, Bangladesh were bowled out to 134 runs in 42.1 overs.

Kamlesh Nagarkoti had the best bowling performance for India with a figure of 3/18 in 7.1 overs.

Earlier, riding on Shubman Gill's 86 from 94 balls, India have scored 265 runs in 49.2 overs.

Apart from Gill, Indian skipper Prithvi Shaw scored 40 and Abhishek Sharma smashed a 50 from 49 balls lower down the order.
