Suryakumar Yadav replaces injured KL Rahul in India's Test squad against NZ

Mumbai: Suryakumar Yadav replaced injured KL Rahul in the Indian Test squad against New Zealand,

"KL Rahul has sustained a muscle strain on his left thigh and has been ruled out of the upcoming 2-match Paytm Test series against New Zealand," Board of Control for Cricket in India said in a statement.

"He will now undergo rehabilitation at NCA in preparation for the series against South Africa scheduled next month," the Indian cricket board said.

The first Test between India and New Zealand begins on Nov 25 in Kanpur.
