SRK feels 'sad' as KKR not playing IPL final

Mumbai, May 24 (IBNS): With Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings playing the final of the Indian Premier League in Kolkata, actor Shah Rukh Khan said he is feeling 'sad' as his Kolkata Knight Riders is not playing in the trophy deciding clash of the tournament.

"Just realised how sad it feels not to see KKR at The Eden. Especially with my lil son still screaming KKR watching TV. All the best MI & CSK," Khan tweeted.

Khan is the co-host of the KKR side.

"“@VenkyMysore: V r always hospitable bt feels strange 2 c some1 else in our home! Hope @KKRiders fans get a gud game. Wish v were there too," he said in another tweet.

KKR crashed out of the group stage of the tournament.

Kolkata's iconic Eden Gardens is hosting the final match of the tournament.

KKR had won the last edition of the tournament.
