Sachin Tendulkar wishes Shoaib Akhtar on birthday

Mumbai, Aug 14 (IBNS): Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar on Tuesday wished ex-Pakistani speedster Shoaib Akhtar on his birthday.

Wishing the former Pakistani bowler, Sachin tweeted: "Belated birthday wishes to, @shoaib100mph. Hope you had a great day. ."

Sachin also shared an old image of himself with the Pakistani bowler.

Shoaib turned a year older on Monday.

Sachin and Shoaib had faced each other in several thrilling matches during their playing careers.

Their clash during the 2003 World Cup match will be remembered by the Indian and Pakistani cricket fans over years.
