PSL squad Lahore Qalandars appoints Aqib Javed as coach

Lahore Dec 27 (IBNS); Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Lahore Qalandars has appointed former pacer Aqib Javed as coach.

Pakistan cricketer Fakhar Zaman as been name the vice captain of the squad for the upcoming season of the tournament.

The official Twitter handle of the team said: "The announcement you all have been waiting for! Join us in welcoming @AJavedOfficial as our #SupremeQalandar, someone who's already been putting in efforts day and night for the team as our Director Cricket Operations."

Atiq-uz-Zaman will join the squad as the fielding coach while Kabir Khan will serve as the assistant coach of the team.
