Jammu and Kashmir athletes clinch 3 medals in international competition

Srinagar: Players from Jammu and Kashmir, who were representing India, bagged three medals in the International Sqay Artistic championship 2020. 

According to the statement, India bagged 24 medals and lifted the overall championship while Pakistan finished second, Jordan and Iraq shared joint third position.

Mir Arslan Mehraj from Pulwama and Raja Younis Tak from Shopian won gold medals.

Seerat Jan from Budgam clinched the silver medal.

President of the Jammu & Kashmir Sqay Association Peer Riyaz Ahmad Shah congratulated the winners.
