Irfan Pathan to join Jammu and Kashmir cricket team as player and mentor

Srinagar, Apr 4 (IBNS): Indian fast bowler Irfan Pathan announced on Wednesday that he will join the Jammu and Kashmir cricket team as a player and mentor in the next domestic season.

Pathan tweeted, "Very happy to announce that I will be playing and mentoring J&K team (JKCA) for the next domestic season. I'm confident of making the positive difference to their cricket and also play my part to the overall development of cricket."

The 33-year old cricketer, whose home team is Baroda, made his national debut in 2004.

Apart from his excellence in bowling, Pathan is also acknowledged for his batting.
