IPL: Royal Challengers Bangalore look to win against Chennai Super Kings to stay in contest
Pune, May 5 (IBNS): Royal Challengers Bangalore will look to carry on their wining momentum against Chennai Super Kings in Pune on Saturday to stay relevant in the 11th edition of Indian Premier League, which is slowly inching towards the play-offs.
Bangalore, who had won their last match against Mumbai Indians by 14 runs, are placed at the sixth position in the points table with six points.
Chennai have slipped a place to third after being thrashed by Kolkata Knight Riders on Thursday.
MS Dhoni-led Chennai have won six out of nine matches they have played so far.
In their first encounter in the tournament, despite piling up more than 200 runs on the scoreboard, Kohli's Bangalore were crushed by the yellow brigade.
The southern derby is scheduled to begin at 4 pm.
