India-Bangladesh Test: Ratnakar Shetty named as observer

Mumbai, Feb 7 (IBNS): The BCCI on Tuesday named Ratnakar Shetty, General Manager - Administration and Game Development, as the observer to supervise and monitor arrangements being made by the Hyderabad Cricket Association for the Test match between India and Bangladesh at Hyderabad.

Santosh Rangnekar, Chief Financial Officer, BCCI has been named as the Financial Advisor to ensure proper maintenance of records in relation to income and expenditure for the said Test match

"In compliance with the Order dated 06.02.2017 passed in WP(PIL)M.P. No.30 of 2017 in WP(PIL) No.16 of 2017 by the Hon’ble Hyderabad Court and further on approval received by the Committee of Administrators of the BCCI, BCCI has appointed Prof. Ratnakar Shetty, General Manager - Administration and Game Development to be the observer, to supervise and monitor arrangements being made by the Hyderabad Cricket Association for the Test match at Hyderabad starting on 9th February 2017 between India and Bangladesh; and Mr. Santosh Rangnekar, Chief Financial Officer, BCCI as the Financial Advisor to ensure proper maintenance of records in relation to income and expenditure for the said Test match," read a statement issued by the BCCI
