Flamengo appoints Reinaldo Rueda as manager

Rio De Janeiro, Aug 15 (IBNS): Brazilian football club Flamengo has confirmed the appointment of Colombian Reinaldo Rueda as the manager.

Rueda will replace Ze Ricardo.

Ze Ricardo was sacked from the position after the side's 2-0 home loss to Vitoria on Aug 6.

"Reinaldo Rueda is our new manager. Welcome to Flamengo! #BienvenidoRueda," the club tweeted.
