Delhi Dynamos bring Raman Vijayan on board

New Delhi, July 2 (IBNS): Soccer club Delhi Dynamos FC has named Raman Vijayan as the Assistant Coach to its first team.

He will also be the Technical Director of the club’s grassroots program.

The former Indian striker will work in tandem with assistant coach Shakti Chauhan to help in the team’s preparations for the upcoming season.

Commenting on his arrival at Delhi Dynamos, Raman Vijayan said, “It is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of Delhi Dynamos, the club’s project for grassroots is in line with my vision for growing football in this beautiful city.”

“I am not only excited to work with the first team but I am also looking forward to developing the budding footballers of tomorrow," he said.

On Raman Vijayan joining the team, Delhi Dynamos FC president Prashant Agarwal said “The experience Raman brings with him is unparalleled. His passion for development of football at the grassroots level is in line with our club’s philosophy.”
